our chef will design a cheese platter and wine experience just for you. our cheese selections change weekly, among them are: taleggio, fontina, asiago, pecorino, humbolt fog, manchego, gorgonzola dolce, robiola, epoisses, brillat savarin, boucheron, parmigiano reggiano and more; all served with our amazing crostinis. the chef will then select the perfect 90 plus point wine to complete the experience.
